The most commonly used light sizes for indoor growing are 1000 W, 600 W and 400 W. Each size light is suitable for a defined amount of floor space:

Experienced growers may select considerably more space than this. In our example we are using 2 x 600 W lights

If you want to make life difficult for yourself, you could fit a maximum of 6 x 600 W lights
